In a first-of-its-kind collaboration between a national coworking provider and a craft brewery, we’re bringing the worlds of work and play together in a way that feels refreshingly overdue.
Introducing Out Of Office, a limited-run honey blonde ale brewed in collaboration with TALEA, NYC’s first female-owned brewery. Crisp, light, and just slightly floral with a touch of honey, it’s the perfect companion to those spontaneous rooftop hangs, Friday afternoon happy hours, and enjoying time away from the office.

“Out Of Office is a small tribute to those moments,” says Liz Simon, Chief Operating Officer. “The ones that used to just happen at the end of the day, but that we’re now being more intentional about bringing back. Because great teams aren’t built entirely on video calls. They need space to bump into each other, laugh a little, and celebrate the wins big and small.”

Out Of Office will be available at all five TALEA locations across New York City—Williamsburg, Cobble Hill, West Village, Bryant Park, and Penn District—starting July 7 through Labor Day.
“For us, this collab felt natural,” says LeAnn Darland, Co-CEO. “Every day, we see people blending work and play in our taprooms. It’s a reflection of how flexible work has become. Sometimes it’s a place to plug in, sometimes it’s a place to unplug. But it’s always about creating space for connection.”
Throughout the summer, Industrious members in NYC can also enjoy Out Of Office at happy hours hosted across our locations, with a few extra surprises planned to celebrate those in-person moments we all look forward to again.
