Better workdays are built in the details: the welcome at the door, the room that is ready when you need it, the design that helps you focus, and the sense that someone has thought through the day before you arrived.

That belief has always connected Industrious and The Great Room.

Beginning July 1, 2026, The Great Room locations across Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, and Sydney will become part of the Industrious brand, bringing APAC locations into the Industrious global network under one name for the first time.

The transition marks a new chapter for Industrious in Asia-Pacific, but it is also a continuation of what has made The Great Room so loved across the region: hospitality-led service, beautifully designed spaces, and a workplace experience that feels polished, personal, and deeply human.

“At the core, The Great Room and Industrious share the same belief that work should feel human,” said Su Anne Mi, Managing Director, Industrious APAC and Co-Founder, The Great Room. “That philosophy is what defined The Great Room across APAC, and it carries forward under the Industrious brand. Being part of a truly global network amplifies what we can offer our members and partners, and we’re excited about what that means for the region.”

One global brand. One hospitality-first experience.

For members and companies working across markets, consistency matters. A workplace should feel easy to use, thoughtfully run, and familiar in the ways that count, whether someone is starting their day in Singapore, meeting with a team in Hong Kong, or visiting a location across the global Industrious network.

Since Industrious acquired The Great Room in May 2022, the two brands have been integrating across operations, design, technology, and systems. Bringing APAC locations under the Industrious name is the natural next step in that work.

It gives members and partners a clearer, more connected experience across regions while preserving the local character, service mindset, and attention to detail that have defined The Great Room.

“Industrious is in a period of significant growth, and this rebrand reflects that momentum,” said Gentry Long, President of Industrious. “Establishing a single global brand unifies our team and members around the core values that have always defined us: premium hospitality, beautiful design, and a true sense of belonging. This next chapter ensures a seamless, mission-driven experience for our community worldwide.”

Why APAC matters now

Asia-Pacific is central to Industrious’s next chapter.

Following CBRE’s full acquisition of Industrious in 2025, the company has grown its global portfolio by 58% and plans to open more than 60 new locations in 2026. In APAC, Industrious plans to grow by more than 50% over the next 12 months, including three new locations in Singapore in 2026.

That growth reflects rising demand for flexible workplace experiences that can support companies across cities, countries, and ways of working without sacrificing quality, comfort, or care.

For members, the transition means access to a broader global network with the same hospitality-first approach they have come to expect. For partners, it means a single, clearer platform for growth across APAC and beyond.

And for Industrious, it marks an important step forward: bringing more of the world’s best workplaces together under one brand, and making better workdays possible in more places.
