Developed by the International WELL Building Institute and The Instant Group, the WELL Coworking Rating is a globally recognized certification that identifies workspaces designed with people’s health in mind. It covers nearly 50 features across 10 key concepts, including air and water quality, lighting, thermal comfort, movement, and even nutrition. In short, it’s a science-backed way to know whether a coworking space is actually good for you—not just stylish or convenient. At our place, we’ve long prioritized designing spaces that promote productivity and connection, but this rating validates our commitment to health-conscious, sustainable office design. And the best part? It makes it easier for businesses and individuals to find workspaces that genuinely support their well-being.
